Slicing the Trip-Tip

...and ready to eat!
Let's see; we had fresh trout, Tri-Tip, barbecue chicken,
three kinds of salad, fresh-baked biscuits, vegetables, and for
desert, cherry cobbler with Haagen-Dazs ice cream and whipped cream.
Life is rough!

Julie Evans waits her turn in the shower.
Julie spent 20 years in the Navy, took early retirement, went
back to Fresno State to complete her degree and is now "taking it
easy" with frequent Trail Crew trips. She's in her third year with
us, and this weekend had us all in stitches around the campfire with
the one-liners. She's a great volunteer and a good
friend!

...and afterward, can't fit anymore food on her
plate.

Jerry and Sherri Pfefferkorn try to make the hard
decisions...
Jerry played guitar at the campfire. We never knew he was so
good!

Sometimes the easiest thing to do is just rip it to
shreds...

Marsha and Mike Howe; Marsha has been on two previous trips
with us, and finally dragged her husband Mike with her. He said he
never knew what he was missing!

Judy and Barry serve Saturday night
dinner.

The Dinner kitchen staff. Laurs, Norm, Jan, Barry, Jim and
Judy. It is remarkable that the food is so good with such variety,
cooked to perfection every time. They do a tremendous
job!
